Grace Meinke
Implementation Coordinator
Grace Meinke is a Project Implementation Coordinator at Research to Practice Consulting (R2P), where she supports curriculum review, systems design, and early childhood policy implementation. With a background in curriculum development, qualitative research, and cross-sector collaboration, Grace is passionate about bridging the gap between education research and practice to improve outcomes for children, families, and educators.
Grace holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Social Theory and Practice from the University of Michigan, where she concentrated on equity in education systems. Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing educational equity and shaping inclusive, accessible learning environments.
Before joining R2P, Grace developed materials for infant-to-PreK children and educators for the Great First Eight Curriculum at Stand for Children, led performance-based assessment research for Democrats for Education Reform Massachusetts, and contributed to the LEAPS project at the University of Michigan, supporting innovative learning, assessment, and transcript models for higher education programs. She also brings hands-on experience from roles in infant and toddler classrooms, student advising, and arts-based youth programming.
At R2P, Grace contributes to statewide curriculum alignment efforts, designs professional learning supports, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and helps turn big-picture ideas into actionable roadmaps. She is dedicated to thoughtful communication, policy insight, and an emphasis on systems-level change in her work. Outside of her professional life, Grace finds joy in reading, baking, spending time in nature, and becoming (lovingly) overcompetitive in board games with her partner and family.
