Grace Meinke
Implementation Coordinator
Grace Meinke is a Project Implementation Coordinator at Research to Practice Consulting (R2P), where she supports curriculum review, systems design, and early childhood policy implementation. With a background in curriculum development, qualitative research, and cross-sector collaboration, Grace is passionate about bridging the gap between education research and practice to improve outcomes for children, families, and educators.
Grace holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Social Theory and Practice from the University of Michigan, where she focused on equity in education systems. Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing educational equity and shaping inclusive, accessible learning environments.
Before joining R2P, Grace developed materials for infant-to-PreK children and educators for Stand for Children’s Great First Eight Curriculum; led performance-based assessment research for Democrats for Education Reform Massachusetts; and contributed to the University of Michigan’s L.E.A.P.S. project, advancing innovative learning, assessment, and transcript models in higher education. She also brings hands-on experience from roles in infant and toddler classrooms, student advising, and arts-based youth programming.
At R2P, Grace helps align statewide early childhood curricula, designs professional learning supports, engages diverse stakeholders, and transforms complex policy goals into actionable strategies. Her work emphasizes thoughtful communication, policy insight, and systems-level change. Outside of her work, Grace finds joy in reading, baking, spending time in nature, and being (lovingly) overcompetitive in board games with her fiancé and family.
